DrCart is based in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy explains what we collect when you join our early-access list, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
When you sign up, we collect:
We do not ask for health information. Please don't enter any patient details in the signup form.
We only use your information for these purposes. If we want to use it for something new, we will ask you first.

Our Privacy Officer is responsible for how DrCart handles personal information. Reach them by replying to any DrCart email. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia at oipc.bc.ca.
